Host a Scrapbook Class
(no product sales - just scrapbooking!)

Don't like lugging your scrapbook supplies to another venue for a class?  Want to choose the theme you want instead of just what's
available at your local store?  Host your own class.

This month, if you host a class in your home you will not only receive your kit and instruction free*, you will also receive an extra kit
that you can complete later to give as a gift to have an extra for yourself!  This is not a direct sales party.  There are no catalogs, no
sales quotas and nothing to sell.  Simply get some friends together and decide what type of album you want to create.  I will design an
album just for your class and provide the complete kit for each guest.  I will bring tools for your guests to use in case they have never
scrapbooked before.  All you have to do is provide some snacks for your guests.  Each guest will pay a class fee depending on the
album type and supplies needed.

I look forward to hearing from you, Happy Scrapping!

* minimum of 5 guests for small albums and 3 guests for more involved albums

March
Special:  Springtime Paper Bag Album

This month purchase a floral design 2 bag album for only
$25.  Just specify the colors you desire and I will create an
album just for you.
Tip of the Month

Use those scraps!  When you finish with a layout or any
papercraft project, don't be in such a rush to clean it up
and start on the next project.  First, use those scraps.
Before you put away the coordinating ink, stamps, fibers,
etc. sit down and create at least one quick card from your
scraps.  This scrapper created two very quick cards with
the scraps shown and could have done at least one more!
These are paper scraps that would normally just go in the
trash or in a scrap bin (and maybe never get used).  By
doing it this way you are more likely to use the scraps, you
already have all of the coordinating embellishments at your
fingertips, and you will never run out of cards!  Making a
common practice of this 10 minute project could save you
valuable time when the next occasion comes around and
you are in need of the perfect hand-made card.
Featuted Layout
by Wendy Cuskey

This month in the Featured Layout section I am featuring my
Snow Day mini album.  Just click on the picture below to view
the complete album.  This album only took about 2 hours to
create.  A mini album is a great way to showcase a few
special photos of an event.  Choose several coordinating
patterned papers, some embellishments (the Soft Spoken
embellishments come in sets and are easy to use).  Figure out
how many pages you want to create and section out your
photos by page.  Now you are ready to create!  Just have fun
with it.

Scrapbooking is not just an art,
but
constant a state of mind . . .
